This group was made for people like me who love doing Zumba & U-Jam who can't find a place that has so many that fit their schedule without searching all over the internet for a Zumba Class or U-Jam, Afro Belly Boogie, Booty Beat, Hot Hula Urban Sexy Teaze, Kids Belly Boogie, LeBarre. Our purpose is to have alot of fun dancing to good music while getting a good work out! We will be having classes 7 days a week from Morning afternoon to evening.

Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. A Zumba class is typically not formulaic in that instructors often add on their own music choices and choreographies to make their class presentation locally unique.

This cardio dance class will have you burning those calories to powerful, unapologetic music and dance moves. Let those hips roll and let that hair whip!
Club Hiphop : Get your club on and dance to banging R&B and Hip Hop music. It won't even feel like your working out! The moves are super easy and fun! What better way to work out then to go clubbing? You will feel the beat and burn tons of calories in this 60 minute class!
