This group was made for people like me who love doing Zumba & U-Jam who can't find a place that has so many that fit their schedule without searching all over the internet for a Zumba Class or U-Jam, Afro Belly Boogie, Booty Beat, Hot Hula Urban Sexy Teaze, Kids Belly Boogie, LeBarre. Our purpose is to have alot of fun dancing to good music while getting a good work out! We will be having classes 7 days a week from Morning afternoon to evening.

Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. A Zumba class is typically not formulaic in that instructors often add on their own music choices and choreographies to make their class presentation locally unique.

Afro-Belly Boogie®combines energy and powerful moves from African dance along with the toning and sultry movements of Belly Dance. In the end, its all pulled together in what calls "The Boogie". Here the workout slips into a club based dance party with hot African and Belly Dance moves thrown together in fun sweat filled dance explosion.

Werk it “Choreo Class”: Oh yes... be ready to werk it out in a fierce kind of way! This class will teach you choreography to some of the most hottest artists songs. A little bit of power, a little sultry and a lot of sexy!! Wear something cute along with your workout shoes, let your hair down but whatever you do come with a vengeance! Each routine will be taught in thorough detail and will be taught in totality between 2-4 weeks.
Dance Fusion:Dance Fusion Fitness is a dance fitness method that is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who are looking for a workout that will not only tighten and tone, but also empower you to reach beyond your comfort zone, have fun and lose yourself in the movement. Dance Fusion Fitness takes students step by step through each movement, so you don’t have to be a dancer to feel the benefits of the class – but by the end you might feel like one.
