Fitness Fusion

Fitness Fusion is a fun, high-intensity class that fuses interval training, cardio, strength, toning, and flexibility. Best of all, every exercise is coordinated with up-beat music!

 

The class is a FULL HOUR non-stop, with brief recovery moments. The class is designed to strengthen the heart muscles, increase your cardio endurance, build skeletal muscles, and improve muscular tone from your shoulders to your legs.

 

All fitness levels are welcome. Both basic and advance options would be demonstrated so that everybody could participate.

 

All participants are allowed to bring weights that are no more than 3 lbs each. You may consider weighted ankle braces or weighted gloves.

 

Donations are accepted at the front desk. Please help support our efforts to provide the community with accessible fitness classes.


Please try to be at the building by 6:20 pm.  
Come to the Rosedale Avenue parking lot.  
Bring your energy!

      Every first Monday of the month we'll do Fitness Fusion instead of ZUMBA. It's very similar to ZUMBA, except more intensity and more basic moment. It's awesome, so try it out :)
