ArchRails #9 - Eat, Drink, and Get Ready to Ride the Lightning (talks)

To inaugurate our move to T-Rex, this ArchRails will be focused on Lightning Talks
(A lightning talk is a very short presentation lasting only a few minutes, given at a conference or similar forum. Several lightning talks will usually be delivered by different speakers in a single session, sometimes called a data blitz.)
These can be about anything Rails-related - you've got 5 minutes. No need to plan, and you can talk as many times as you want. Your favorite gem, the first principles of the internet and how that affects how you need to build education, or pitch the idea you want to build for the upcoming 2015 Rails Rumble (https://railsrumble.com/) & find some teammates.
Among the lightning talks that people have already committed to, Craig Buchek pitched this one that piqued my interest: Too Late to Estimate (focusing on value, not deadlines)
