- Jacqui Barratt, Founder & CEO of a recruitment company, salt

- Sinead Bunting who specialises in digital performance marketing and creative brand transformation. Most recently she was the VP of Marketing for Monster in Europe, the global jobs website.
Sinead is the creator and co-founder of the Tech Talent Charter, (TTC) an industry-wide collective, whose aim is to deliver a more diverse tech workforce. The charter is supported by the UK government and over 300 signatories such as Cisco, Vodafone, HP, BBC, EY, Cancer Research and Global Radio.
Passionate about encouraging diversity and success in business, she also created the ‘Monster Confidence’ programme, working with social enterprise Stemettes for the last three years, helping students gain greater confidence to achieve their huge potential in a STEM career.
- Recruitment coach Ellie Rich-Poole
With over twenty years’ experience both in-house in HR, Resourcing and Talent Management and within Executive Search as a head-hunter, Ellie set up her own business in 2016 to support both organisations and individuals as The Recruitment Coach.
She works as a consultant helping businesses improve how they recruit, and as a coach with individuals.
Her passions lie in coaching individuals who are looking for a new role following redundancy or time out, identifying what is important to them and creating a plan to achieve it. She also enjoys working with individuals who are new in role.
During a sabbatical in Chile, she took some time out to train with Digital Mums in Social Media Management so she also helps individuals with their social media, as well as leadership teams who want to improve how they use LinkedIn in relation to their employer brand.

- Savita Patel – Scrum Master Domino’s Pizza Group
With almost 20 years of working in various roles within IT, Savita took the opportunity to move abroad with her job to the UK from Malaysia. In London she took on roles as a business analyst and a product owner. But she felt she needed some time to re-evaluate so a few years ago, she took a career break to travel around Asia with her daughter. It was during this time that she decided to re-train as a Scrum Master. She has not looked back since. Being a scrum master has allowed her to pursue her love of interacting with people, coaching and finding new and creative ways of working with teams.
Savita is passionate about diversity, and volunteers in Career Workout sessions at local schools providing exposure to students about my job which many do not know exist.
