There are 1001 and Things to See in Chicago Before You die. Get your camera. We are going to see them all.
When I moved to Chicago over a year ago, The first thing I checked was my book, 1000 Places To See Before You Die. The book listed only eight or nine things for Chicago. I figured Chicago has more to offer. I went to the Harold Washington Library, checked out books on our Windy City and started compiling my own list. So far I have seen about 650 things. Last week I started a Tumblr Blog:
Chicago is a four-season city. I am out every weekend no matter which month it is. This city has too much to offer other than sitting in my apartment binge-watching Netflix. We can start with coffee where we can talk cameras and the subject of the day's shoot, go shoot some things, and time permitting, especially in the warmer months, find a pub or beer garden to end the day. Architectural gems and history aren't my only interest. I also plan on attending a lot more theater events, concerts and festivals. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
