We are happy and grateful to welcome on stage:

Benjamin Gröschel (Co-Founder Münchner Kaffeerösterei)

Benjamin loves to put a smile on people’s faces by handing them a perfect cappuccino. As a mechanical engineer he studied in Erlangen (DE) and Princeton (USA) and learned in his early professional live as a branch leader in technical sales a lot about what motivates people. He strives for passion and is fascinated by the unique effect of two cups of coffee between two people. Coffee is the grease of any interpersonal connection. It creates conversation and uncovers synergies. In short: Coffee connects people.

As a barista Benjamin has been connecting people since 2007 and shares his passion as certified coffee sommelier whenever he can.

His topic:

Upside Down: How virtual reality and blockchain will save coffee

He intends to:

Passion meets curiosity: Benjamin shares his story from CV to live journey – and how new technologies can help us solve old problems.

Natalie Kho (Innovation & Acceleration Architect)

Natalie is a doer by live, an entrepreneur living values, facilitating meaningful processes and changing the way we lead and work with Leadership³ and Wandercoaching (Moving Mountains). She likes to connect with people on a deeper level beyond the obvious uncovering their potential and purpose in life.

As a process facilitator she supports individuals and organizations to activate collective leadership in order to create better solutions for a rapidly changing world. She supports them in creating organizational cultures and organic structures based on trust and respect.

Her topic:

Self-organization between chaos and anti-patterns. Leadership is action not position.

She intends to:

What happens if all current rules are not valid anymore and self-organization shall take over? What happens if an already self-organized team is imposing upon themselves more structures and processes than with a hierarchy? Between the extremes, it is a balancing act and for that we need personal competencies, which we don’t learn in school or university. And we also need guiding principles which can act like an orientation.

Arthur Henry (Film Director & Producer)

Arthur Henry is a former engineer. Having spent most of his life commuting from city to city, in France and abroad, Arthur gathered experiences but still couldn't figure out what he was meant to do of his life. Setting up in a city, finding stability and jumping on new challenges lead him to build his identity, along with a business.

Arthur founded Flying Panda Media as a sole trading brand to lead the creation of high quality video content for companies. Flying Panda Media combines creative filmmaking with moving storytelling, aiming to create and explore emotions by connecting with the audience through videos.

His topic:

Success or Failure, what do you jump for?

He intends to:

From wandering soul to aspiring Filmmaker, Arthur Henry shares his story on life decisions, experiences and his path to finding deep value.
