  • The vinyl cutter is our favorite new tool here at 180 Studios. With it you can create your own custom graphics to add to shirts, bags, signage and more.

In this hands-on class, you'll learn all the basics of using our vinyl cutter and heat press while creating your own professional quality, custom graphic t-shirt.

We will be using Inkscape, a free open source vector graphics editor, and Vinyl Master to create and import vector (outline) designs to our vinyl cutter.

With the successful completion of this class, members of 180 Studios will be free to use this equipment for any future projects.

This class fee is $40 for members and $50 for non-members. All materials are included. Fee due upon arrival.

Thank You for the clarification. Will you post the December 11th demonstration when that is ready? Thanks, look forward to seeing the space!

Because there was no fee originally it sounded like a meet up, demonstration and incentive to take the class. I have done this when teaching a class in a new venue. I am curious about 180 studios but changing the date the day before and adding a fee makes me question if I want to get involved.

I understand your frustration. There were elements beyond our control in this case that required us to reschedule. We will be having a free demonstration of many of our tools including the vinyl cutter, on December 11. I encourage you to come. We're still in development and doing our best to iron out the kinks. I hope you can understand.
