Clique is a new venture redefining the dating experience by making connections safer, more authentic, and more enjoyable through group dates.

“Our platform brings people together in curated group settings, eliminating the awkwardness and safety concerns of traditional dating apps. By prioritizing group dynamics and leveraging trusted venues, we create a comfortable environment where users can meet like-minded people, forge meaningful friendships, or discover romantic connections. Clique empowers users to build genuine relationships while having fun with friends, transforming dating into a collective, memorable experience." Clique is comprised of team members who are all students at the Robins School of Business, University of Richmond.
Clique was the first place winner in the Techstars Startup Weekend – Changemakers Richmond competition, February 2025.

The Discussion. 1 Million Cups is a national entrepreneurship program of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, which promotes peer learning and professional connections that assist entrepreneurs.
RVA Works brought 1 Million Cups to Richmond in 2014, and have supported over 440 meetups.

1 Million Cups - Richmond is hosted by the Robins School of Business, University of Richmond.

At each 1 Million Cups, business founders as guest speakers share about their ventures and discuss the challenges that they are facing during the development process. Participants can learn from the speakers’ experiences, discuss valuable insights, and connect with other entrepreneurs, students, faculty, and investors.
