When we don't feel like exercising but we want the benefits- Laughter Yoga is the answer! You don't even have to be in a good mood. The laughing helps to lift your mood. We laugh, clap, breathe and stretch. The session is an hour with a 10 minute break. After the break we have a group laughter meditation and then a grounding exercise.
