Doing something as a group should make it less intimidating right? I am three things and more, but the three things I don't like about myself are... I am overweight for my height and body structure, I don't live a healthy lifestyle (aka my diets poor and I like beer) and I am bad at commitment to change. I woke up with a crazy idea that there must be at least a handful of people out there that feel the same way. So with a little brainstorming and 2019 being around the corner, I decided to put my plan out into the world.

Here's what you should expect from becoming a member of this group.
No fees (one of the reasons I decided against the Weight Watchers approach)
Swapping Healthy Recipes
Group Meal Planning
Group Exercise
Weigh-Ins with no shaming, and a pat on the back when a good job has been done

I also would love to hear what you would like to see and get from this group it will be your group too and all ideas are welcome.
