I had many pms about a beginners hike. That is not too strenuous but beautiful. Come join new friends on a day trip.
This is an easy Baker Lake Trail is long but we will do 8 miles out and back trail located near Concrete, Washington that features a lake and is good for all skill levels.
There are truly epic views of the of Baker, Shuksan, and Stunning old growth forest.
Members will enjoy the gentle grade and views of wildlife on a beautiful winter day.
This hike offer great views of the mountain peaks, and a woodland walk through hemlock, fir and Pacific Madrone. This is a truly stunning location, so if you haven't hike here yet, a special treat is in store for you!
Some of the most gorgeous and memorable scenery is located just 2 hours from the city. The mountains are beautiful with just a dusting of snow and the forests are pretty spectacular. It will be rainy, but we love this hike all the same. Don't let the rain stop you. Just bring an umbrella and some rain gear, and waterproof shoes. The rains makes all kinds of waterfalls appear on the mountains, which makes the mountain a living art work ! Stupendous views that are breath taking.
Winter allows you to take full advantage of the stunning and colorful scenery. Bring your cameras for wonderful photos and selfies.
This is, perhaps, one of the easier hikes in the National Park, but one of the most memorable because it’s like entering a Magical Kingdom. This is rare, even in a region with so many big mountains. Think about it.
The drive there will be equally beautiful !!
**After this hike we will eat . Then make our way to the Mt Baker Hot Springs.
This is raw hot springs in its natural state. Nothing fancy here. The hot springs is black with muddy sand, gravel and minerals. The temperature will be about[masked] degree water, the high silt content, and the sulfur smell is normal to natural hot springs. The wading area is about 15 feet across, and 3-4 feet deep.
This is an adventure to experience such gift of nature for all of us to take care of and enjoy at the same time
This will be a full day so be prepared to have an adventure.
