Therapeutic Women’s Empowerment

A Psychotherapy and Martial Arts Based Course

22 ½ Degrees is proud to announce the continuation of this wonderful class!

This exciting, fun course is designed for women of all ages, including abuse survivors, women suffering from depression, anxiety, or personal problems, and women seeking a better version of themselves.

Martial arts - long known to improve the mind, body and spirit - teams with process  group psychotherapy to help women make positive changes in their lives through recognizing,  accepting and effectively utilizing their power.  This innovative class, adjusted to fit each individual’s fitness and skill level, will help participants gain confidence, get healthy, challenge their inner critic, manage stress and acquire important self-help tools.

In its previous sessions, this class has proven amazing in its ability to give our women a safe environment for self-discovery, concrete techniques to build empowerment, and powerful encouragement and insights from the group members.  To say that it has been a successful launch is an understatement.  Class members have been astounding in their progress!

New classes will begin January 5 (Saturday) from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at Arts of the Samurai, located in the Walker Springs area.   New members are welcome!

There are only 5 spaces, and many of the women already in the class will be signing up for the next session, so please sign up early!.
