What to bring: yourself with a great attitude, a friend, a BIG bottle of water or hydration pack, a towel or yoga mat if you don't like the grass/cement. Remember, you maybe running around Signal Hill so be mindful of what you bring or you'll end up running with your backpack, water bottle, yoga mat.
