24Fit TNT FitCamps are a full body, body weight workout program designed for any fitness level...from those who have never worked out before to college athletes and beyond. We customize each move so you get the most out of it! :D
All workouts are 100% FREE!
Each workout includes:
• 45 min workout session
• Free nutrition coaching
• Motivation, Accountability, and a Positive Community Environment
Workouts happen EVERY Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30am and 4:30pm!
Come early to sign in!
Pre-workout drinks available half hour before each workout!
Place post workout shake orders before hand too so they're ready when you're done! :D
Just a friendly reminder, this is a workout group.... not a dating group. Please do not show up to just hit on, flirt with, stare at girls working out, I have and will continue to ask people to leave I find to be creepy in any way! Thanks :)
