Animal in Our Dreams

Do animals appear in your dreams? What are they doing there? Our very own Chris Sowton, N.D., will lead a discussion on dreams about and with animals at our next Meetup gathering on Wed Feb 19th, starting at 7 pm. It seems that animals appear in our dreams quite frequently, and animal dreams are often among our most powerful and emotionally charged. This will be a participatory experience--so please bring an animal dream of your own that you'd like to work with. If you don't have an animal dream to bring--ask for one!

Dr. Christopher Sowton ND is a naturopath and a professional dreamworker based in Toronto. Since 2003 Christopher has been training health care practitioners of all kinds to integrate dreamwork into their practices. He is a member of the IASD and has recently published the book "Dreamworking: How to Listen to the Inner Guidance of Your Dreams," (2017).
