What we're about
Welcome 366fit. This is a new journey to being fit, without being scared, without being hungry, without "hating" your trainer. Here you will embark on learning the balance between eating healthy and being active - the only true solution to losing weight. This group is dedicated to supporting everyone (particularly women of color) in their weight loss journey. One of the biggest challenges we face is doing it alone. No one to meet with at the gym @ 6am or the park @ 6pm definitely prevents many of us from being active.
Our goal: 366 Fit will become a network of accountability partners and gym buddies. We will connect often (via social media), work out 3 - 4x per week, host weigh-loss challenges attend intense work out sessions, and each month,get together for an awesome outdoor activity (yes, even in the winter time). It won't be easy, there will be sweat, perhaps even tears, but in the end, it will be worth it. In the end, your body will thank you and you will add another +1 to your story.
So whether you are a pro or a novice ... welcome to 366fit.
