What Philip L. is saying about this Meetup Group

informative and hands on. Hi Sammy, Thanks very much for spending the time and giving us all the run down on all the printers & Zahn. It really illuminates the range and differences in quality and of course cost. Also you provided some historical perspective seeing how 3D printing has evolved i.e. the Object/Eden. I thought the comparison between the Stratasys & Makerbot was interesting. considering that larger printers are now becoming "affordable" e.g. Gordon's Max and the 2x2 foot monster I saw at Makerfaire, it really shows how far the industry has come and is moving. I would have liked to see the polished objects (using Armorall) you mentioned to see an example of post processing 3D printed objects which is an area I'm interested in investigating down the road. Afterall, ABS is the new wood. Thanks Jenny for setting up such an interesting road show. See you all soon. *_Phil+= aka "Have guitar - will travel"
