I’m 60 years old.
How active are you? (not very, somewhat, very active)
I am somewhat active. Currently I am doing an at-home yoga practice daily. I also enjoy long walks and easy hikes. Occasionally I go on bike rides.
What aspect of your health would like to work on?
I would like to build strength, and engage in more cardio exercises. I am semi-retired so now have more time to focus on my health.

I try always to be positive and encouraging with others. I am quite social, enjoy meeting new people, and love a good conversation.
