What we're about

Mature adults, like myself, are invited to join and walk together for fitness, health, weight-loss.. or just to walk & talk.. and maybe participate in some local charity walks..

Fitness walking for me is moderately paced for approximately three to four miles and lasting about an hour to an hour and a half.. approximately three or four miles per hour..

Maybe we can also introduce some other activities..

Comments and suggestions are certainly welcome and..
