What we're about
Mature adults, like myself, are invited to join and walk together for fitness, health, weight-loss.. or just to leisurely walk & talk.. and maybe participate in some local charity walks..
Fitness walking for me is moderately paced for approximately three to four miles and lasting about an hour to an hour and twenty minutes.. approximately three miles per hour..
Maybe we can also introduce some other low-impact, low-intensity activities..
