Island-FIT is a Polynesian style exotic cardio workout program, designed to strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, abs and arms. It combines fast (O’tea) and slow (Hula) movements that tone and sculpt the body using cardio fitness to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.


Get ready for hips swaying and shaking to the beat of the Polynesian drums and Island Music, while exercising multiple muscle groups. This dance fitness style is exhilarating and effective at all levels. Island-FIT is an exotic fitness workout that appeals to all age groups.


Experience: No experience needed. All Ages Are Welcome
Bring: Aloha Spirit, Water, Small Towel, (Pareo, Sarong or Lava Lava)

Option 2: There is a driveway between the community center and the skate park. Go in that driveway and there should be lots of parking in the parking lot.

      You don't need rhythm to take my class. Just a positive attitude and a willingness to try go a looooong way. Besides, it takes time to get your muscles to do all the new moves bc Ur body isn't used to moving the way I'm gonna teach u. All on a level playing firl
