What we're about

Join this heart centered group that meets in the beautiful and nourishing 4Pillars4Health EcoSpace and create or enhance your current Body/Mind/Spirit integrated wellness and ceremonial practice. In this peaceful yurt with the sky shining down through a five foot dome skylight, a warm fire burning in the wood stove, the scents of cedar, sage and sweetgrass blessing the air, magic happens... all while being hugged by the giant white oak trees that surround the space and peek through the windows. Spend a few or more meditative moments prior to or after meetings in the wooded wonderland of native plants, winding paths and seasonal beauty of the Arcadia Gardens. This unique urban retreat is in the heart of Monona and you are most welcome to come and enjoy the moment.

The Ancient Mother MoonLodge offers a Women's Red Tent Ceremony the first Sunday of each month, Ceremonial Yoga on a weekly basis, Ceremonial drumming as scheduled, additional ceremonies throughout Wisconsin and ceremony by request. Master teachers and elders of international origin, Native American, Peru/Inka, India and more, come to teach and lead spiritual workshops.
