    The instructor's name is Susan and she is a black belt in yoga. The class consists of us baby boomers, some who have sustained injuries and some not. Susan has sustained an injury and is mindful to  tell those in the class to listen to your body. If it's saying NO! then listen. She gives individual attention and will show you how to do a certain pose to benefit and not harm yourself further. Those who arrive early enough don't need to bring any gear as mats, ropes, bricks, etc. are provided free of charge. There is no set cost for the class but love offerings are gratefully accepted.
