What we're about
This is a group for adults over 50 who are interested and are willing to do exercises. Let's get together to experience some ancient Chinese movement exercises that are designed to increase blood flow, energy, and flexibility to rejuvenate our health and enjoy living the way we always dreamed. What a recent participant said about these movements, "I didn't know what to expect in the beginning but you walked me through all of the exercises and, I have to say, I got hot, I was sweating, I felt the pull, the muscles working, I wasn't in pain at any time. That's very encouraging and that's very exciting in fact."
