Join the crowds at the Pirates Club for one last Hurrah! Before we see out 2025!
On offer will be a carefully curated selection of wines and delicious home-made treats, and in the background jazzy and classical tunes performed by the Phoenix Co. Orchestra, conducted by Sue Cock.

You can pre-book your charcuterie box for 2 people (= a platter of a selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, nuts, dips, etc. I had to look it up🤣….) . The idea is to enjoy this, alongside the wide array of some of South Africa's finest wines as we while away the afternoon breathing in the smooth classical and jazz tunes provided by the DJs and the orchestra.
Entrance is free, but your platter for 2 will cost R 200.00. This will include: 3 cheeses, grapes, olives, strawberries, fig preserve, and a selection of crackers.
If you’re more focused on the wine, R 365.00 will buy you a tasting glass for your free wine tastings, and 2 free drinks to wash it down with (water, soft drinks, or another full glass of wine) from the Pirates Bar.
The wines to taste – and buy (discounted case prices….!🤩) – are from these well-known wine farms:
Cederberg, Klein Constantia, L' Avenir, Stellenrust, Ghost Corner, Zardetto, La Motte, Diemersdal, Terra Del Capo, Paul Cluver, Donkiesbaai, as well as Rupert and Rothschild.
If you would rather prefer to buy eats at the various food stalls, this will be on offer:
Biltong, fresh oysters, shortcake and other baked goods, ‘Hotspot’ bagel, delish gelato, homemade honey and delectable Karoo olives.
