Charles McCann has an incredible culinary background! After attending Le Cordon Bleu in Portland Or, he moved to Vegas and worked at the Mandalay Bay, The Mirage and the Venetian, as well as MGM. He was then Corp Chef for the House of Blues for several years. In his 20's he competed on Hells Kitchen with Gordon Ramsey! From Vegas, he arrived in Delray, where he was executive Chef of Salt7 for 6 years.
In his own words; "4 months ago I bought Nitrogen Bar Grill & Sushi and I have never been as happy".
