CoMotion MakerSpace: Elcano project robot, basic ROS robot software components

We'll check out the makerspace and their Turtlebot 2 base (and perhaps it will be operational), hear about the Elcano project robot, and I'll show the basic software components of a ros robot: the robot description urdf/xacro files, viewing it in rviz, and simulation in gazebo.
