Sorry for the late notice!
This will be two runs in one... the first 4-mile loop will begin at 8:00, and the second at 9:00. This will allow those of us training for a longer race (BSR or a half-marathon) to get in around 8 miles, and those looking for a shorter run to join us at 9 to do 2-4 miles.
We'll head to the local Giant/Starbucks for beverages after the run, around 10:00.
This is a great spot for beginners and/or walk-runners, as it's a nice flat path with gravel.
