Have you ever been in a yoga class and don’t know what to do? You follow the teacher but you you don’t understand what you’re doing? In this class we’ll begin with yoga basics and you will learn and understand different poses, have a better posture, you will stretch, you will learn to calm your mind, understand your body and feel stronger. You will learn principles of alignment so you can carry that knowledge to any sports you practice and to your daily life. We’ll learn routines so you will be able to practice on your own. By the end of class you will feel centered and ready to take on your day.
