Join the folks from RVA Game Jams and make some video games for Ludum Dare!
Ludum Dare is a 48 hour rapid video game development challenge (also known as a game jam) that occurs several times a year. Developers can participate in two ways – the competition, which requires developers to work solo and create everything from scratch, or the jam, which allows for teams to make a game based on the theme with relaxed rules and an extra 24 hours to participate. For more info on Ludum Dare and a list of all the rules, check out their website!

About RVA Game Jams:
We're interested in getting game developers from the Richmond Area (and beyond) together to participate in game jams, learn more about developing games, and network with each other.
MEET-UPS are the first and third Wednesday of the month at 101 E Franklin St - The Richmond Public Library - at 6:30 - 8:30 pm to learn about making games, chat with fellow developers, and share ideas!
We host game jams at least four times a year with lots of other great events spread out between.
Join our Slack channel to chat with other members!
