How is any politician, which is a US citizen/US national/US person, that is a "member" of the "body politic or corporate" known as the "democracy", different? They are all put in place by their "creditors" their masters or lords.

A debtor is slave to the lender. Simple.

Republic is a word that is derived from the Latin idiom, "Libera Res Publica" or "Free from things public". US citizens/US nationals/US persons are all "public" and are NOT free from anything "public". They are all "corporate members" of the 14th Amendment democracy. They are "wards", i.e. human resources or chattels, collateral for all the "public debt". They elect their corporate CEO (president) and their corporate board of directors (Congress) every two, four and six years. So the only difference is which CEO and corporate (body politic or corporate) board members will honor their creditors and the debt the best.

Some hard truth from the movie "The International": Why has the US corporation been engaged in perpetual war for many decades?

Maybe you should work to repeal the 14 amendment.

Maybe you should work to repeal the 14 amendment.

After many decades of "fighting" a losing battle to change the corporate body politic, I finally woke up and chose to leave (expatriate) that corporate body politic, or corporation called the United States all together; because you cannot keep a civil law pig from wallowing in the civil law mire. When you try, the pig just gets mad, and no body likes a ticked off wild pig, they are very dangerous.

The founding fathers didn't keep trying to change the King in Parliament by "voting" and being politically active in that "body politic or corporate" they LEFT (expatriated) and formed a new body.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop Mr. Owl? US persons have been licking and getting licked for many decades and they keep on licking. Not too bright in my opinion, but that is all they know because they watch too much TV and attend the government's public schools.

So...you keep on working to keep that pig out of its mire. Its not my corporation. I'm not a civil law member/person any longer.

Homo vocabulum est naturae; persona juris civilis – Man is a term of nature, person of the civil law.

If the people repealed prohibition, then they can repeal the 14th. The difference between back then and now is that we have the internet and more and more people are starting to understand the concept of Liberty more and more by the day.

The US body politic is NOT going to repeal the 14th amendment because it is the 14th Amendment that is the foundation for the reconstructed government that is a "democracy in a republic". See the new American creed adopted by the Congress in 1917: I believe in the United States of America, as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic..."

Vince you should read the 14th Amendment very carefully with a "legal beagle" eye. Without the 14th Amendment all of the socialists goodies all US citizens/nationals/persons are dependent upon would go away immediately, benefits like: Social Security, Public Schools, Standing Armies, Public roads, Pell grants, worker's compensation, unemployment insurance, etc. How do you suppose all the socialists (democrats, republicans, libertarians, independents, etc.) all 14th Amendment federal US citizens will be willing to give up all that stuff?

Getting booze back after independent ethanol production had been destroyed by John D. Rockefeller so all Americans would be dependent on buying Rockefeller's gasoline is not the same thing as repealing the foundation of the US socialist democracy (the reconstruction amendments).

Prohibition was a war between Rockefeller and Ford. Ford's cars were all designed to be run on both gas and grain alcohol (ethanol), which just about every farmer in America distilled his own fuel from his own still producing ethanol. Fords had a little lever that advanced the timing (distributor cap) so the engine could burn ethanol, and retarding the timing by pulling the handle back allowed the engine to be run on gasoline. This is what prohibition was really all about. The total destruction of independent fuel production and making all people dependent on Standard Oil's gasoline.
