This meditation practice helps teach people how to channel their energy through their psychic muscles(Chakras). The breathing technique is designed to expand these centers and allow a flow of energy to go through. We learn to burn away our daily tensions and keep our heart open. The secret to a happy life is an open heart. Meditation should aim at teaching how to open our hearts and sustain this openness. This practice has originated with Swami Rudrananda (Rudi) and sustained by Rudi's living teachers.
It is not a physical movement type yoga class.
Energy transmission between student and a teacher take place through eye contact.
