A class in self exploration based on meditation and mindfulness. We will start with some very light yoga stretches before we move on to incorporate breathing techniques, mudras and mantras with the goal of living a positive, healthy life.
This class is kid friendly! This is a perfect class for all levels, especially beginners like myself.
This class will meet every Sunday from 1:30-2:30
Cost is $5 Children are free!
