This group was founded based on the principles of self-love, self-awareness and self-preservation. Allowing oneself to take a more active role in the decisions that affect our health and well-being.
Through practicing holistic living we redefine what we thought we knew about our make-up as a person. We are open to all the possibilities by widen our prospective to evaluate and understand the different parts of ourselves(mind, body, spirit, emotions) and how our environment and beliefs affect our total being. Holistic Living and the practice of this approach will heal and prevent many health issues thus promising a more fulfilling healthy life.
