A group for anyone struggling or has struggled with anxiety, stress and/or panic attacks - and who is more interested in exploring where peace lies, rather than talking endlessly about anxiety.
Worriers, over-thinkers and busy-minded people all welcome!
You're also welcome if you just want to come and hang out with people who are interested in talking about the understanding we share through all the resources at A Little Peace of Mind ( https://alittlepeaceofmind.co.uk/ ) - in real life.
Come somewhere people understand what it looks like you're up against and can support each other to see something completely different about how life really works.
Our groups are run by Little Peace of Mind Mentors. These are all volunteers that have usually had an experience of what you're going through and have personally experienced a change in anxiety as a result of the conversations we initiate at our Meetups.
