Thanks for your interest in A Notch Above Photography Club, serving Littleton, Bethlehem, Franconia, Easton, Sugar Hill, Lancaster, St. Johnsbury, Berlin, Haverhill and the surrounding area. We have 38 signups and held our most recent meeting on March 14th. Eight people attended. Bill H. won the photo contest with his well-executed photo of "Wine Cheese Grapes" in the category of "Beautiful Food".
Our next regular meeting (originally scheduled for April 11th) has been postponed until further notice because of the corona virus epidemic. The Bethlehem Public Library is closed until at least April 3rd. Follow us on Meetup or our website for updates.
We are still planning to continue the monthly photo contest. The contest topic for March-April is "Something Mechanical". Entries may be submitted on Meetup or (if you have registered) on our website. To vote on Meetup, go to this month's photo album, select the photo and enter the comment " votes for this photo". On our website, log in then select the entry for this month and click on the "heart" icon. On either site, you can vote only once - and not for your own photo. Entries and votes must be submitted by Thursday, April 9th.
The club is open to everyone interested in photography regardless of skill level. Our membership extends over a fairly wide geographic area centered around Littleton, NH. We plan a mix of informal discussions, tutorials, demos and photo critiques. We also schedule periodic field trips and nature hikes, and plan more outings when the weather improves and (hopefully) the corona virus threat lessens. We would be happy to welcome you in person once our meetings resume. Please see the announcements on the Home tab of Meetup.com or visit our website at NotchAbovePhotoClub.com to learn more about us.
