Hello runners, we are doing 40 minutes tonight with 20 minutes of strength training post run. The details of todays' run: using a 6:1 interval, warm up for 14 minutes. Then easy solid run of 20 minutes and every 3 minutes surge for 60 seconds. Our last 6 minutes is an easy pace cool down. We will do 3 surges the first week and add more each week.
