Great job yesterday in the wet weather! This weekends forecast looks good so far. Cooler temps and sunny days let's hope. But we all know that the weather can be unpredictable this time of year so it's better to dress accordingly. Light layers and clothes that do not promote chafing are best. With the cooler temps it's important to remember to allow our bodies enough time to warm up. Start off at a slower pace and then gradually ramp up to your 1/2 marathon pace. This will allow your muscles time to warm up properly. Happy training!
