Saturday:

Hello Runners,

We are going on a field trip! YAY!! It is nice to have a change of scenery. We are continuing running 4:1 for 50 minutes. That's right! 10 intervals runners. I think my math is correct.

Make sure to hydrate before running because not only our runs are getting longer, the is weather is beginning to get HOT as if it is warm already.

You are all doing very well! Stay positive and focus what is ahead!
