Week 10

Hi Runners,

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Yeah! It was hot! What do you expect? It is Summer. On Monday, we are using new intervals. An 18 minute warm up at an easy pace using a 6:1 ratio or if an athlete is ready and you are ready, use 7:2 ratio. Next 22 minutes is an easy pace run with no walk breaks. Use final 5 minutes as a cool down.

After our run, a 25 minutes Foundation Training Workout.
