Great running this week, everyone! This Saturday's run was a little more challenging with the headwind, but it was really great to see everyone push through it and finish strong for a total 4 miles! Moving on up :)
This Monday we will be running for a total of 45 minutes and will repeat the run 4 minutes/walk 1 minute intervals we have been doing. This will be the last week at this interval. After our run we will do 15 minutes of Foundation Training. Looking forward to running with you!
