Well this is it, you've completed your training! WhooHoo!! You all did such a great job in your training, trust all your hard work. Be proud, YOU ARE READY!! You will Rock Surf City and Ray & I will be there with you. If I haven't said it before. Less is more right now. Here is your schedule for the week. Sun=3 miles
Mon= 3 miles +20 min FT
Wed= 3 miles +20 min FT Thur= 20 min FT
*Note: if you can, this would be the week to get a massage or substitute a FT workout with Yoga. Keep loose, eat good and hydrate. Most important is get lots of sleep. You will be anxious the night before, so it's important to get extra sleep at least 2 nights before the race. And please do not hesitate to call or email me with any questions at all, even if you think it's a dumb question. The only dumb question, is the one your don't ask. Enjoy the expo and again trust in your training. You are ready! There is a separate meetup posted for the race with all the important race info. The most important takeaway is get there early.
