Bonjour Escargots!

Uh-oh! It's our last day of Stage IV.  Are you ready for Stage V?  Yes, you are.  Don't ever doubt yourself and what you are capable of.  We won't worry about that now, we'll just focus on the present.  

For our lovely Saturday morning run, we are going to kick ass-phault for 55 minutes at Stage IV.  Keep the four points of good form running in your head as we run.  Do you remember what they are?
