Today we will continue with the same intervals: walking for 2 minutes and running for 3 minutes.
Here is your schedule for the week:
Wednesday: 40 minutes & 20 minutes of strength and conditioning
Thursday: 30 minutes of strength & conditioning on your own (you can break the exercises up throughout the day if that is easier to work into your schedule)
Saturday: 60 minutes
