I run for fitness, usually following a training schedule for specific races.

Do you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner?

I still consider myself a beginner

What is your short-term goal (3-12 months from now)?

Keep running as much as possible and complete at least four half-marathons per year.

What is your long-term goal (12-24 months from now)?

To eventually run a full marathon and just keep pushing myself.

What other related activites do you participate in?

Strength training, walking, chasing my boys around
