What we're about

The purpose of this group is to provide useful information to those who feel negatively affected by stress. When stress gets out of hand if can be harmful to our entire being. We may experience emotional issues, illness, disease, anger, fatigue, weight gain, feeling stuck, poor relationships, and even trouble participating in life. This group is for those who are interested in learning more about systems of stress and what we can do to help ourselves. During these events we speak about nutrition, mindset, biology, nature, belief systems, time management, holistic healing, addiction, self care and much more. Looking forward to covering such important topics with those interested!
