    Succulent brasato di capra alla Barbera braised in the newly-released 2012 Barbera with a roasted carrot confit, accompanied by an artichoke Trofie al Pesto and culminating in the infamously racy Spaghetti al puttanesca con polpetta. In laymen terms: a meatball over spaghetti with an olive oil based marinara, pasta with basil pesto, artichoke and lemon marinara and roasted goat marinated for 3 days in Barbera.
