What we're about

Welcome to the Agile Coaching Exchange (ACE). We are a long running Agile meetup group linking up Agile practitioners around London with some of the best and most creative speakers, thinkers and doers the community offers.

Since we started in 2012 we have been passionate about providing a free space for people to learn, share ideas, seek support and connect with each other.

Based in London, our simple philosophy and approach to meetup groups have inspired 6 chapters across the US.

As a Scrum Alliance affiliated group you can earn SEUs towards your Certified Scrum Practitioner certification by attending our events.

Whose role is it anyway? - Satvinder Nota and Kwasi Owusu-Asomaning

About the talk “Culture does not make people. People make culture.” - Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie But how? I hear you ask. Join us to call this statement into question. We’ll start to discover all that is available in this spectrum between people and culture and how we start to bridge the gap. To do this we’ll be asking the question “Whose role it is anyway?” Together we’ll explore the constant state of emergence in teams, by delving into the intricacies of the hidden self and how this might inform the way people show up in the various roles they occupy. We invite you to shift into a state of inquiry, awareness, reflection and to experiment with a little camaraderie thrown in for good measure. About the speakers Satvinder is a certified Agile Coach and trained Organisation Relationship System Coach (ORSC) practitioner dedicated to deepening her coaching practice. With 20 years of IT Project Delivery experience from software development, project management and Scrum Mastery. Enquiry beckons, and she is now facilitating learning and coaching for a Social Enterprise and consulting with a global NGO on Inclusive Leadership. Kwasi is a Solution Focused coach. He's been coaching teams for over 9 years. Kwasi started his Agile journey as a Scrum Master and over the years has coached several teams and individuals in organisations of different sizes and sectors. Systems coaching and Systems thinking is a big thing Kwasi brings to his coaching. Looking at wholes rather than just the parts with his clients. Kwasi is a CTC, Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) trained and enrolled on the inaugural InnerMBA program in partnership with SoundsTrue, LinkedIn, Wisdom 2.0 and Mindful NYU.
