What we're about

Welcome to the Agile Coaching Exchange (ACE). We are a long running Agile meetup group linking up Agile practitioners around London with some of the best and most creative speakers, thinkers and doers the community offers.

Since we started in 2012 we have been passionate about providing a free space for people to learn, share ideas, seek support and connect with each other.

Based in London, our simple philosophy and approach to meetup groups have inspired 6 chapters across the US.

As a Scrum Alliance affiliated group you can earn SEUs towards your Certified Scrum Practitioner certification by attending our events.

Using Clean Language to build trust in your teams

Needs a location

About the session
There’s lots of talk about trust and psychological safety at work. But what is trust? Where does it come from and what needs to be in place for there to be trust in the workplace?

In this interactive workshop, Clean Language Facilitators Sarah Scarratt and Rachel Gilmore will be inviting you to consider what trust means to you, and will demonstrate how Clean Language and Systemic Modelling skills can be used to develop more psychological safety at work. There’ll be lots of opportunity to participate in breakout rooms and you’ll be encouraged to have your mic and camera on throughout the session.

We’ll start with a demo of Clean Language and build up activities incrementally so no prior knowledge is required.

By the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding of trust, and can compare and contrast with others, and we’ll find out what difference knowing this makes, and how this could be useful.

You’ll also have had an experience of Clean Language and Systemic Modelling and how you could use this with your own team.

About the Speaker:
