Human Behaviours - The Organisational Catalyst for Positive Change Cultures and behaviours are created and maintained by people in organisations, yet we do so little to stimulate the best human behaviours in order to enable real change. This workshop explores how Agile Coaches create experiences and environments allowing people apply behaviours enabling change and navigate our rapidly changing complex world. Mark Summers is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Certified Enterprise Coach, helping individuals, teams and organisations with their Agile and Lean journey, since 2006.
