What Is Servant Leadership Anyway?
Agile needs servant leadership, but what does this really mean? Surely it’s more than T shaped individuals helping others with their work, and Scrum Masters clearing blockers for the team? How can you be both a servant and a leader at the same time? This session will introduce you to the key elements of servant leadership practice through discussion and practical exercises, and encourage you to spread servant leadership to others through practicing it yourself.
